Me & My Muse – Day 371: Mandatory Fun is on the Way

When I checked my email this morning, I saw a notice saying that Mandatory Fun has shipped.  But this email was from Saturday.  When I put in the tracking number, it said that the CD departed from Belleville, Michigan as of 8:19 last night.  That means that Mandatory Fun could come as early as today…

On a related note, today marks day thirteen in the Thirteen Days of Al.  I will be listening to Alpocalypse to end this thirteen days of celebration, in anticipation for Mandatory Fun tomorrow.

For yesterday, I hanged out with my friend. We went to the Tridge and Kmart.  After that, his other friend met us there.  I went to work and my brother dropped me off.  While I was working my 4 to 8, my brother went to Taco Boy and the Soaring Eagle Casino.  After my brother picked me up, we went to McDaonald’s for dinner and then went home.

Today will just be a 2 to 6 shift.  Having done ovens the other day, hopefully I will practice doing something.

And where are you?

Original Muse:  I’m…right here.  I had to finish my book first.

But you weren’t around yesterday.  Is there anything wrong?

Original Muse:  Actually, there is.  I actually feel a little under the weather.  This hasn’t made me feel myself.  Now if you would excuse me…

Go ahead.  If you feel sick, go and rest up.

Original Muse:  T-thank you!

Well, that was unexpected.  My Muse doesn’t feel well today. I hope that she feels well tomorrow.

Today’s high is going to be 78 degrees and the silver lining is listening to Alpocalypse today.

To those of you who are eagerly anticipating a new CD, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.

Muse:  That’s it.  *opens closet door* Uh…Hi…

What are you doing here?  You were in the closet?

Muse:  Um…I gotta go!  Bye!

*Muse disappears in a flash of light*

Original Muse:  I’m not really sick.  But I don’t feel like myself.  It’s like…I panic when I try to talk to him.  Could it be?  Is it?  Oh no…Why am I starting to become shy?

*the void begins to grow at an accelerated rate*
