Having stayed up so late last night, this Sunday will be a little different from the usual fare.  The week long charity stream was a success, and over $3 million was raised for Doctors Without Borders.

This morning, I did my devotionals and read through the next four chapters of 1 Chronicles.  It wrapped up Saul’s genealogy, talked about the Judean exiles, another brief genealogy of Saul, the Israelites annointing David as king in Hebron, David’s conquest of Jerusalem, and the heroic deeds, exploits. and complete list of David’s Mighty Men.

In having the remainder of the day, I will use this to catch up on some speedruns that I missed over the course of the week.  I will then get ready for tomorrow.  That is pretty much this day in summary.

Today’s high is going to be 81 degrees and the silver lining is being able to catch up on some speed runs today.

With it being Saturday, I’m currently in the midst of a speed run for this day.  To optimize the best results for this run, I have taken preliminary measures.  Everything’s ready to go and I’m leaving for Grand Rapids at 5:30 a.m. or sooner.

From there, I will attend a Toastmasters TLI in Grand Rapids from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm.  When that is over, the rest of the day will be chill.

After the training, I will use the best routing to get home in time to watch the end of a charity stream.

To recap, the weather has been quite stormy today.  It started with a torrential downpour and now it’s just cloudy.

With my work week done, it’s actually going to be a little different this weekend.  I’m going to bed early since I’m getting up early for a TLI in Grand Rapids that will last all day.  It’s 2 hours to get there and it starts at 8:00 in the morning.  It ends at 4:30 in the afternoon.  So that’s most of my weekend right there already.

Time to use these last two hours wisely before bed.  Time for dinner!

As I am typing this, it is very hot outside.  Compared to the other days this month, this has been the hottest day so far.

For my trip home, I had to have the fan on full blast.

So what’s the plan for today?  With Friday in the horizon, everything is all ready for tomorrow.  I will now play a little more of my game before calling it a night.

After work, I attended a happy hour at Big E’s hosted by one of my employee resource groups at work.  It was fun.  I spoke to a few people and had some food.

To kick off the first day of summer, I was able to finish my last day of the week for work. With that done, had my WebEx meeting to discuss a duel job transfer of Area Director and VP of Education in Toastmasters.

I had a rather realistic dream last night.

In the dream, I got ready for work and worked my normal work day.  After that, I went to a gathering with my Life Group at the park.  When I was done with that, I came home and got ready for bed.

Zoria 50000:  And then we returned to reality, where you spent the entire day with me!

That’s right.  It was a fun day.  I’m hoping that we can land another planet soon.  All this time on the ship is driving me crazy.

Zoria 50000:  I know.  I talked to Pix 700 and Zinka 620 about it, and they’ll see if we can land on another planet soon.
