Me – Day 1: Summer Outro
Me & My Muse – Day 1901: Summer Outro
Once again, the time has come to say goodbye to summer.
For 2018, what events were the most memorable? What were the most memorable events in the Summer of 2018?
First of all, I celebrated my mom’s birthday, went to Kelsey’s open house, leveled up my characters to level 120 on Final Fantasy XV, had the wedding rehearsal dinner, being in my sister’s wedding, eating at Buffalo Wild Wings, seeing fireworks at the Tridge, going up north, having sushi at Maru and ice cream at Cottage Creamery, having Fuji Sushi with Ryan, celebrating five years of Me & My Muse, going to Desserts With DEN at work, getting a free Slurpee, getting a 2017 Toyota Camry XLE, going up north again, going to the make-up TLI and birthday dinner at grandma and grandpa’s, having dinner at Ghengis Khan Mongolian Barbeque, going to the Toastmasters potluck, going to the YAN Event at Emerson Park, going to the fellowship event at the Steele’s summer house, having the last Toastmasters meeting at the NADA Center, having Fuji Sushi, celebrating my birthday and Labor Day with Jeff, having the first Toastmasters meeting at Trinity Lutheran Church, my interest in writing reviving, going to Young Professionals, 9/11, watching World Trade Center, becoming a greeter at Midland Free, and meeting at Tim Hortons for Adult Discipleship Groups.
With Cold Stone Creamery still gone, I went to Heather & Holly’s to get a chocolate sprinkle dipped waffle cone with Milky Way Madness and Michigan Pothole. Later on, I will be eating a Klondike Bar at home. Both will be gone before I know it. Summer 2018 was the same way. Gone just like that. As I say goodbye to Summer 2018, I’ll admit that this summer was kind of busy. It was a lot of fun, with a lot of hot weather. Mostly towards the beginning and middle. There were a few hot days but there could’ve been even more of them. It was also way too wet with the excessive rain. With Summer 2019 just 9 months away, what will it bring? Will it even come? Who knows? There is no telling.
Farewell, Summer 2018. You were quite a memorable summer.
Muse: Summer went by too fast. I wish that it was longer! Tee hee!
So, you’re back to vandalize another one of my entries? Let’s see…Yup! Sure enough! You changed “Me” to “Me & My Muse” and you changed 1 to 1901.
Muse: It’s NOT vandalizing! I’m correcting it to what it’s supposed to be!
Well, there’s just one problem. You’re not in the series anymore. So go on and play with your little friends…
*Muse runs up and hugs me*
Muse: Tee hee! Sorry! Despite what you say, I’m staying! Where ever you go, I will go! You can’t rid of me, no matter how much you try! Oh, and wonderful summer outro by the way! Tee hee!
Did I ask you for feedback? I will say it again. Go play with your little kindergarten friends and skedaddle. Here. I will help you in getting you out of my sight…
*lifts Muse up from the waist down, supporting her bottom with the other hand*
What’s this? You’re wearing…Wait! Are you even in kindergarten at all? Maybe you should go and learn to use the potty like a big girl…
Muse: Shut up!!!
Here. I’m going to get rid of you so you can have your little binky too!
Muse: Stop! I’ll get rid of myself! Why do you have to be so mean to me? I’m your Muse! Tee hee…*sob*
*Muse vanishes in a cloud of smoke*
Well, besides that Dark Muse, the summer outro was a good way to end this summer. By reflecting on it. Time to end this entry now…
Wasn’t this summer great? Even though it wasn’t great to everyone, it did have its ups and downs.
Today’s high is going to be 75 degrees and the silver lining is having ice cream and a Klondike Bar.
To those of you who had a memorable Summer of 2018, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Muse: *sob* I wish that Kyle could actually BE me! Why can’t he understand? I AM his Muse! Tee hee! And I tried to change into her clothes but they are way too big on me and I keep having too many accidents! …Stupid bladder! My summer was okay…I went from mermaid to Dark Muse! I can’t stand how Kyle is treating me! If he does this anymore…I just don’t won’t want to exist anymore! Tee hee…*sob* Tee hee…
