In looking at my agenda for today, it’s a perfect day for me to catch up on things that need to be worked on. I have a couple things to work on for my next steps in Ideation. For Toastmasters, I have couple speech contests to m watch and one to coordinate. I also need to continue on the minute-by-minute, since the conference walk-through is next week.
Besides that, today is pretty much up in the air. Nice and quiet.
Remedy: Quiet? It’s a little more noisy at Muse’s house.
How old is she today? 10.25 months, right?
Remedy: Yes. Her petite growing trend is still consistent. She’s 25 inches tall today and she weighs 11.46 pounds. The height of a 5 month old and the weight of a 2 month old.
Nurture: Phew! I just got her to sleep for her late morning nap. She’s in Size 1’s now. The Newborn ones were way too big on her yesterday so we had to go with the preemie diapers…
With her age changing so much, how do keep track of the diapers?
Nurture: I have every single size! Daytime and nighttime. I haven’t had to use Size 5, 6, or 7 yet. I don’t think that I will have to with her being so tiny. And for her other clothing, I have it all organized in different closets. Each closet is a different age. Different size dresses, pants, shirts, onesies, and footed sleepers are in each closet.
Where are these closets?
Nurture: In her one closet! I’ll show you!
*teleports with Nurture to closet in Muse’s room*
Nurture: Shh! I just got her to sleep, so you need to be quiet.
I will! …Wow! It’s not just one closet, but a hallway leading to other closets. It’s…
Nurture: Bigger on the inside! I know. I had to design this with my Intangible abilities…But look! Each closet is labeled. Micro Preemie/Preemie, Newborn, 0/3 Months, 3/6 months, 6/12 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 2T, 3T, 4T, and 5T. And each size diaper is in its own respective closet.
I mean…12 rooms? This is a pretty big hallway. Six closets on each side!
Nurture: And I haven’t even used any of the 2-5T closets. The furthest I got was the 24 month closet. And during that stage, she’s 2.5 to 3 years old!
Interesting. I often wondered how you managed all her clothing with as many times as she changed her age…
Nurture: Yes. Aging for a Muse is usually like this during their second life cycle onward. Completely random. You never know what age they’re going to be. Either older or younger. My mom has shared this with me recently when I was talking about Muse’s unpredictable aging. Apparently, I was doing this a lot in my cycles…
Well, thank you for showing me this. I’m going back to my house now.
Nurture: Okay. Enjoy your day!
*teleports back to reality*
Well, that’s an interesting system that she has. I’m guessing that she has to get Muse’s height and weight when Muse wakes her up in the middle of the night. She then has to put Muse in larger or smaller clothes, depending on if she gets older or younger.
Now to enjoy the rest of the day.
Today’s high is going to be 63 degrees and the silver lining is having today off.
To those of you who are catching up on this Saturday, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Nurture: The other thing that I didn’t mention about her clothing is all the underwear that I have for her. From 12/18 months to 5T, I have plenty of undies for her when she’s ready to be a big girl…*sigh* I hope that this happens soon…
Muse: *snore* bebebeb…prrrbbbt…ebebebeb…mama… *snore*
