I checked the outlook for the weekend, and from what I saw, it’s coming. 40 degrees during the weekend and high 30’s by Monday. I knew this was the case when I was walking back to my car in the Meijer parking lot last night, carrying my bag of Eggbeaters. It was cold and a little windy. Cold and rainy. Winter is on its way, and it might be early this year.
Moving on to warmer matters, I have some awesome news for anyone who’s a geek at heart. The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask is confirmed to be released for the Nintendo 3DS by Spring 2015. The news that made me even more excited is that Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is releasing December 5th. Having enjoyed the Captain Toad levels so much in Super Mario 3D World, I will enjoy playing 70 more of those levels in Captain Toad’s exciting new adventure.
Getting to matters for today, I have a 3 to 8 shift, and then a 9 to 3 shift tomorrow morning. County Connection will pick me up at 1:45 at the earliest. In the meantime, I want to use my time wisely. I have one episode of Survivor that I want to watch before I go, so I better get going on that.
Muse: Survivor? Give me a break!
Just because you don’t like Survivor, it doesn’t mean that I have to share in that sentiment.
Muse: I never said that you had to share my opinions. I just don’t care for the show. That’s all.
Well I do. And I’m going to watch it now.
Muse: And I’ll go read a book. Again. Please let me know when we are going to talk about some controversial subjects.
I will. Time to catch on the episode I missed a couple nights ago…
That’s the gist for today. The weather’s getting colder and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. The Toastmasters District 62 Fall Conference is next week, and I’ll be going to that. For improvement, some things need to change. I would like to get back to writing more of The Tale of Zachary Willowbrook: School Years. I have made it s goal to try to have that done before June of 2015. More on that in an update that I will provide hopefully soon.
Today’s high is going to be 41 degrees and the silver lining is enjoying this quiet house before work.
To those of you who like quiet houses and reality shows, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Muse: Reality Show? I would rather experience my reality as a character in a book. Now that’s a reality worth living!
