That’s what I’m going to call this one today.

To review, this is how today went.

After talking to COBRAConnect over the phone, I found out that I would have to write ANOTHER appeal letter.  So I wrote it and dropped it off at the post office.  I then did some shopping and got some more yogurt.

I also filled out my documents for the intake meeting with Hyacinth tomorrow.  It’s basically my replacement therapy since my therapist that I saw had her last day on December 29th.  Everyone, don’t be ashamed to ask for help.  Work on your mental health this year.  It’s part of being healthy, just as much as exercise!

After that, I texted my contact to set up a time to meet with him for coffee.  I want to discuss my professional background with him and work on next steps for places that I can look at for job opportunities.  2024 is a year of new beginnings, so I’m looking for a business to provide me with one.

Twin Muse:  And a business certainly will!  Just keep looking.  I’m rooting for you!

Now for the fun part of my title.  My parents paid a visit to a Cheesecake Factory and are bringing a delicious cheesecake home.  A Reeses Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake!

Along with that, I’m going to catch up on my journaling and devotionals.  After that, I will begin a second playthrough of Super Mario RPG for the Nintendo Switch.

Twin Muse:  Are you going for 100 Super Jumps again?

Oh no!  I’m using my trophy save file that already has 100.

Twin Muse:  Cheater!  Getting 100 Super Jumps isn’t too bad for me.  I can get to 100 Super Jumps about 98% of the time!

Well, good for you.  I almost got 100 a second time on Johnny, so it’s just hit or miss for me…

Twin Muse:  Well, to each their own!  I just started a new file myself!  Mario just reached Level 6 and I’m going for another 100!

Today’s high is going to be 36 degrees and the silver lining is being able have some cheesecake a little bit later.
