Me & My Muse – Day 2447: COVID-19 Isolation – Day 6: A Wand, A Sword, and a Key

With work done for the day, I will now begin my weekend of relaxation.

When you’re cooped up in your house during a time like this, I have this recommendation.  Think of your favorite indoor activity and do it.  Are you behind on Game of Thrones?  Have you never seen that series?  Binge watch it.  Do you love video games?  Get out your console and play all of your favorite games.  Are you a movie buff?  Have a marathon with those who are with you.  And for those bookworms, get The Lord of the Rings out and read all of it.  Time is on your side so read through all of your beloved classics.  And definitely read the bible, for it is a really good book to read during this time.

For me, I am going to play a lesser known classic put out by Rare.  Wizards and Warriors III: Kuros: Visions of Power for the NES.  With it being a Rare game, there will be some challenges in it.  It’s a lot of fun and I look forward to playing through it again.  I will also make my dinner as well.  That is pretty much my Friday in a nutshell.

Stay sane, clean, and safe everyone!

Today’s high is going to be 48 degrees, with the temperature dropping throughout the day.  The silver lining is unwinding by playing a childhood classic.

To those of you who are staying safe with your favorite indoor activity, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.

Muse:  I’m starting to burn out on reading.  I think I’ll take a break by playing a game or two…
