Muse:  Are you in the dark?  Everyone knows about the wonderful queen.  Queen Victoria!  Doesn’t that ring a bell, dear?

So you’re Victorian, huh?

Muse:  Absolutely!  It’s the best age that I’ve experienced so far!  So much more money to be had, since those new machines have been created…

Well, I need to get ready for my friend.

Muse:  And thank you, dear.  I need to get ready for the banquet.  I haven’t the time for all this chatter.  Maybe later.  Until then, adieu!

*Muse vanishes in a beam of light*

Well, at least she’s not a baby today.  But what she was talking about was 150 years ago…Oh well.  She’ll be something new tomorrow.

Time to prepare for the arrival of my friend.  There will also be a late birthday celebration for him, so it should be fun.

Today’s high is going to be 84 degrees and the silver lining is my friend coming over tonight.
