With this week being so busy and hectic, I’m so glad that it’s Friday.  I worked my morning shift and I can finally relax now.

 

Muse:  Relax?  That is so righteous.  Now will you join me?

Whoa!  So you’re not feral now.  You have long hair, a tie dye shirt, a peace sign medallion and purple glasses?  You’re totally a hippie.

Muse:  You are so right on;  Now join me, my brother…

In what?

Muse:  Me and my friends are going to sit in a circle and we are going to celebrate peace and love.  No war and no fighting.  Just peace and love, man.

Are you all right?  What drugs have you been taking?

Muse:  Only the finest weed.  It’s freshly grown.  Do you want any?  Take the trip with me, man…

I think I’ll pass.  Unless it’s for medicinal purposes, that stuff is illegal.

Muse:  That’s righteous.  But will you join me and my sisters?  We’re going to play music and celebrate peace, love and life.  It’s going to be totally far out.

I would love to, but I’m busy tonight.

Muse:  That’s all right, man.  If you’re busy, you don’t have to join us.  Where are you going?

I’m going to my church tonight to listen to a seminar.

Muse:  A seminar?  Right on! Have fun.  Let me know how it is.  Peace, my brother.

I don’t know if I dig my Muse being a hippie.  Granted, she’s very sedated and peaceful, but it’s just not my Muse.  I guess I’ll wait until tomorrow.

For tonight, I’ll be going to Midland Free, to listen to Pastor Jeremy.  He will be giving a seminar on the Holy Spirit.  It should be very informative and insightful.  Besides that, I will just relax and enjoy my weekend.

Today’s high is going to be 41 degrees and the silver lining is it finally being Friday.
