Although I am pretty close to working full time, working on the weekends is still a major drawback.

I guess it’s like the saying goes.  “It comes with the territory”.  I just got this position, and there are going to be a lot of changes as a result.  Changes like less free time.  Time has now become a commodity. One that I don’t want to squander.

 

*sigh*  How did I get inside the Muse?  I’m all alone…

 

Remedy:  No you’re not.  Have this.  It’s like a nuclear bomb, but it produces confidence.  Once inside, it will produce so much confidence that you will not have any room for it.  And here’s your executive privileges back.  I found it next to where you fell.

*Remedy shoves confidence bomb inside me*

Whoa!  I feel like I can do anything!  But do you think that’s such a good idea, considering where we are?

Remedy:  Don’t worry.  I scrambled the frequency so that the void will not be able to detect any of your confidence anywhere.

Well, now that I’m inside her, I can go right for the source.

Remedy:  It will take a little while to get there.  Once you do, use this.

What is it?

Remedy:  It’s another void.  The only thing that can take out a void is another void.

But won’t that void cause damage too?

Remedy:  It won’t, because we’re going to close it back up into the abyss.

Good.  Now this void…When we defeat it, will it cure the Shy Muse?

Remedy:  It will.  That void will suck up every confidence void in the universe.  But don’t let it out early, or it can cause damage to our world, too…

Well, my mission is straightforward.  Find the confidence void and defeat it.  I hope that I succeed.  What am I saying?  I usually do, so this shouldn’t be a problem.

Today’s high is going to be 83 degrees and the silver lining is having a little downtime before work.
