Like yesterday, I will once again be visiting another Toastmasters club. I will be attending a Wednesday Speakers Circle meeting as a guest. Later on, I will be working a late shift at work. A 4-8 shift, which is a little on the late side for me.
Before that, I will observe day eight of the Thirteen Days of Al by listening to Alapalooza and Headline News. Overall, that is the gist of what’s going on today.
Original Muse: Last night was fun. Thank you for visiting.
The pleasure is all mine. Enjoy your anniversary gift.
Original Muse: I am. I love this new body. Now that I have it, I am now equal with the Dark Muse…
You’re right. She has her own body and is not a ghost.
Original Muse: It shouldn’t be for long. She should be a ghost eventually.
How so?
Original Muse: She hasn’t transformed yet and I don’t know why. When she does, she will become a ghost. It happens to every Muse. And since the one that she has is from my DNA, she will become one eventually…
But you won’t. That body that I gave you is special and will never turn into a ghost.
Original Muse: That’s what I love about it. My original body will keep transforming over and over but this one will remain the same. Time for breakfast!
I’ll let you have breakfast.
Original Muse: Thanks. Once again, thanks for the gift!
*Original Muse gives me a kiss on the cheek*
It’s the least that I can do for celebrating one year.
*kisses Original Muse on the cheek, and kisses each other on the lips*
Original Muse: Um…Let’s save this for later. We have an audience.
What audience? We don’t have that much of an audience. I don’t think they’ll mind.
*kisses each other on the lips*
Original Muse: Okay. I’m having breakfast now!
Okay we’ll talk later. I like it when she does that. Granted, she is imaginary but she’s a preview of what I can expect in the future.
Today’s high is going to be 72 degrees and the silver lining is visiting another Toastmasters meeting.
To those of you who love networking, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Muse: I want to visit him again. Even if I will chicken out. I don’t care. I need to fight it…
