I just got back from the movie.  I haven’t had much time to reflect on the movie.  It was….

 

Muse:  Amazing!  It’s the best movie that I ever saw!

Did you ever get around to seeing the first one?

Muse:  Well, of course!  How would I understand this one if I didn’t?

Well, I was about to give my impression on the movie.  It was okay.

Muse:  What do you mean it was okay?  It was awesome!  Even better than the first one!

Well, I guess everyone has their own opinion.  Looking at the characters, I liked how they used different ones this time.  Papa Smurf still led led the way, but I liked how they mixed it up a little bit.

Muse:  I liked Smurfette!  In both movies, actually.  But especially this one!  I also liked Vexy!

Having the new characters was a breath of fresh air, I thought.

Muse:  I thought that it was cute how they played together.

Yeah.  You could tell that Vexy was trying to be good.  All she needed was a little love.

Muse:  I also liked Gargamel’s cat.  What’s his name?

Azrael. He was the comic relief in the movie.

Muse:  He was hilarious!  He made me laugh so hard.

But let’s cut to the chase.  The movie could’ve been better.  Gargamel could’ve made an army of Naughtys and they would terrorize Paris.

Muse:  I thought it was fine the way it was!

The bottom line?  I give the movie a 3 out of 5.  The same as the first one.

Muse:  Well, I give it a 5 out of 5.  It was the best movie ever!  Now I’m tired, so good night!

Well, I guess she already went to bed.

Anyway, the movie was okay so you can see it if you like.
