Although it’s my dad’s birthday, he is around.

There will be a birthday dinner, and I know most of the details. It will be takeout from China Palace. For the dessert it will be chocolate avocado pie and there will be ice cream.

Later on, I’ll be celebrating my dad’s birthday with the family. Besides eating out and celebrating my dad’s birthday, that’s all that’s going on for today.

Today’s high is going to be 38 degrees and the silver lining is it being dad’s birthday today.
