Have you voted yet? I have. In fact, it has been 20 days since I voted.

In looking at today, I can already make this call. In understanding everyone’s strong feelings on the election, we are at a stalemate. It doesn’t matter who wins. Somebody will be angry. If Trump wins, the Democrats will be angry. If Harris wins, the Republicans will be angry. The hatred between the two sides is getting out of hand.

Let’s agree to disagree. Are we not all human? Don’t we all live in the same country? It is beliefs and values that are polarizing to people in so many ways. Can’t we all just get along?

I will be very honest. I do hope that Donald Trump wins instead of Kamala Harris. Now whether or not that will happen, somebody will win. Now, as much as I want my candidate to win, I am just hoping that it will happen. But if it doesn’t, life goes on, you know? God is sovereign over all things, regardless of the outcome of the election.

Shall I place my trust in a man or a woman? Shall I let them and their governance of this country dictate whether or not I will be happy? My trust is in the Lord. He is my source of happiness and no politician can take him away from me.

So everyone. Stop worrying about the election. Vote the values that matter most and leave it at that. You did all that you can do to get your candidate elected. Now wait it out and see what happens.

 

Muse: You voted? I just voted myself.

Twin Muse:  So did I!

No you didn’t. Intangibles can’t vote!

Muse: Intangibles can’t vote, huh? Well, that’s too bad! If they could, there would be another vote for Trump! Oh, and who did you vote for, by the way?

Twin Muse:  Make that two votes!  My vote would be for Trump too!  Who did you vote for, Kyle?

I voted for Donald Trump, of course. I want to “make America great again”.

Muse: So do I. But Kamala Harris is painting a different picture of him.

Twin Muse:  Yeah.  And hearing her speak is funny!  She has so many word salads and she can’t even put two sentences together!

Of course. That’s what all politicians do. But with what she did, it is outrageous what she is getting away with.

Muse: I know. Opening the border with 20 million illegals, CRT taught in classrooms…

Twin Muse:  Men playing in women sports, sex change drugs given to children, weaponizing the justice department…

Raising the cost of living, starting a war between Russia and the Ukraine, the Middle East about to enter a war, China becoming more aggressive, our country becoming the laughing stock of the world…the list just goes on.

Muse: I know. And if she gets elected, she will tax retirement accounts and ban fracking and off shore drilling.

Twin Muse:  She’ll also keep the borders open and defund the police!

Makes sense. With already 20 million illegals, they are trying to have enough support for the Democratic party would have them in power forever.  And let’s not forget the Green New Scam!

Muse: Yeah.  I would hate to be forced to buy an electric car!

Twin Muse:  Same here!  Can’t we choose what car we want to buy?

Muse:  Not to mention, the tax increases would continue.

Twin Muse:  Cost of living will go up and she’ll take away our guns!

Yeah.  That’s pretty scary.  Our guns get taken away and the criminals get to keep theirs.  How’s that for safety?  How’s that for a deal?

Muse: And then what? More spending.  China already has a majority of our debt.

Twin Muse:  Yeah.  Didn’t Biden spend $7 trillion?

He has, and our dollar is on the verge of collapsing.  And let’s not forget freedom of speech. Everything in the mainstream media and on the mainstream internet is already biased and can’t be trusted. Our right to defend ourselves will be taken away and all the criminals will run free…

Muse: At the end of the day, you just need to leave it in God’s hands. You did all that you could do, right?

Twin Muse:  You’re right, twinnie!  God knows what’s going to happen next!

Yes. And even if things do get really bad, she can never take away my Jesus.

Muse: There we go. I’m rooting for Trump. I hope he wins. Time for some reading!

Twin Muse:  And I’m also rooting for Trump!  Please win!  Time for some more video games, and coffee!

I hope that he does, too. The radicals and the elite are rooting for Harris too, so we’re in a very tricky situation. And they might cheat again like last time.  Like I said, a stalemate. You can’t please both sides.

My win-win is trusting God in either outcome, and continuing to live for him no matter what.

Well, the polls close at 8:00 so there’s no telling what’s going to happen from here. All I can do is trust God’s sovereignty in either outcome and hope for the best. There will be a tomorrow, Lord willing.

My twin Muses are 1/55,000,000th of an inch tall today. Well, it’s time to wrap this up.

Today’s high is going to be 71 degrees and the silver lining is being able to vote on the issues that matter to me the most.

Muse: This poor country has had 4 years of battering and bruising. I would hate to see what another 4 would bring under Harris. I hope that Trump wins! Go Trump! Drain the swamp!
