The title says it all.  Last night, my back started hurting so I’m going to just take it easy for this Sunday.  I’ll take some Tylenol and try to walk off this wrenched out back.

Today’s high is going to be 72 degrees and the silver lining is having a day to recover from this back pain.

Twin Muse:  Just keep walking and take that Tylenol!  You’re not a spring chicken anymore!  I guess you can also enjoy some TTYD later on…
