To offer a simplified summary of what happened today, I attended an outdoor church service on the south lawn, had lunch, took a sympathy card over to my grandma, and visited my parents.  I got to see my aunt Sherrie and uncle Kirk at both my grandma’s and my parent’s place.  I got to visit my parents for a short time and then left.

I will now get ready for the funeral tomorrow.  My week will be a little bit different but everything will be all right.

Today’s high is going to be 84 degrees and the silver lining is being able to spend time with my family.
