Me & My Muse – Day 2130: Endgame Part II – Now it’s Personal!

Personal yes, but personal in a much more positive way.

After working a productive day at work, I went right to the movie theater and saw Avengers Endgame for the second time with my brother and my two cousins.  Of everyone that I saw it with tonight, my cousin from Colorado was the only one that has never seen it.

So overall, it was fun seeing it for the second time with them.  I enjoyed it very much and was able to get a lot out of seeing it again.  In seeing it again, I am helping the movie to dethrone Avatar from its number one spot.  Endgame is the second highest grossing movie of all time, and it’s only a matter of time before it decimates Avatar and reaches $3 billion, a box office record that has never been achieved in the history of cinema.

Muse:  Wasn’t that fun?

It was.  I enjoyed seeing the movie with my cousins.

Muse:  Even after seeing it again, the ending still brings tears to my eyes.  Why?

Yes, the ending is a tear jerker, but I’ll just leave it at that.  Even with the movie being a titan in the box office, there are still some people that has yet to see the movie.  And to those, I say this.  Come on!  What are you waiting for?  Get your ticket for Endgame and see it already!

Casting all jokes aside, it is a very solid movie, and a wonder end to the MCU arc.  An arc 11 years and 22 movies in the making.  Just this series alone has amassed more than $20 billion in the box office.  It was a wonderful ride, but like all rides, all good things must come to an end.

Muse:  Indeed.  My #75 suit is stained with popcorn seasoning.   I’m going to take it off and settle in for the night.

I think I’ll do the same.  See you tomorrow!

Muse:  Bye Kyle!

*Muse vanishes in a beam of light*

And oddly enough, I am still dreaming.  I’m actually glad that I am, as I DON’T want to wake up from an Endgame dream.  It was a wonderful encore and look forward to seeing it gross $3 billion.

Now back from the movie, I will get ready for bed.  This week has flown by.  I will now get ready for tomorrow.

Today’s high is going to be 56 degrees and the silver lining is being able to see The Avengers: Endgame again with my brother and two cousins.

To those of you who love seeing epic blockbusters, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.

Muse:  I can’t even imagine making that sacrifice for Kyle.  How would he feel if I had to sacrifice myself to save the universe?
