Me & My Muse – Day 1722: Now we’re Cooking!

A brief summary of today is as follows.

I worked my shift, made another payment on my tuxedo rental for the wedding, did some grocery shopping for dinner, and came home.

What’s on the menu tonight?  It’s a bacon, chorizo, ham, and cheese fritata, with yellow peppers, baby spinach, mushrooms, onions, asparagus, and tomatoes.  Diced pineapples and blueberries will be served for fruit, with salsa provided as a topping for the fritata.

That’s about it for now.  I need to get back to chef duty and get the dinner finished.

Today’s high is going to be 54 degrees and the silver lining is being able to cook dinner tonight.

Muse:  Hmm…That sounds like a good fritata.  I think I’ll make one with lobster, filet mignon and diced truffles…
