Me & My Muse – Day 1689: Sunny Skies and Car Get…

I just got my car back from the automotive shop.  From what I heard, it was actually a mass air flow sensor that needed to be replaced.  When idle, my car was putting out 100 grams per second.  The normal air flow should be 3-5 grams per second at idle, and 100-240 grams per second at wide open throttle.  So when I applied any acceleration, my engine fludded and stalled out.

The new sensor works fine, but the repair was quite costly.  There goes my tax refund.

Work was very manageable, and I was able to get back to get my car back.

I will now take a breather and get things ready for tomorrow.

My Muse is four and a half years old today. She is 2’10.5″ tall and she weighs 31 pounds. The height of a two year old and the weight of a three year old.

Today’s high is going to be 36 degrees and the silver lining is getting my car back.

To those of you who like getting their favorite ride back from the repair shop, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.

Nurture:  Maybe I should stop asking her about the potty.  She’ll catch on when she gets older…

Muse:  *snore*  Sleepy…
