Our Anime movie journey ends with a bathhouse. A bathhouse to an abandoned theme park. A theme park now overrun with spirits…
The bathhouse is important, since the spirits get cleansed here. But do know that if you get a job here, your name will be taken away from you. And if you forget your name, you may never leave the spirit realm.
One such thing happened to a girl named Chihiro. Her name was taken away and was given the name Sen. Her parents, too ended up missing as they were turned into pigs after eating the forbidden food of the spirits…
But there is hope for her to get it back. Both her name and her parents. And it is through a mysterious boy named Haku.
Muse: This movie is my most favorite of all.
I like it too. Right now, I want to enjoy myself before watching the movie later.
Muse: Go ahead. I still need to shower. Let me know when you watch it. I can’t wait!
I will. Now to go enjoy myself. I have already gone to the Toastmasters TLI today so tonight, I will be watching Spirited Away, a movie written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki.
My Muse is five years old today. She is 2’11” tall and she weighs 32 pounds. The height of a two year old and the weight of a four year old.
Today’s high is going to be 29 degrees and the silver lining will be watching Spirited Away tonight.
To those who enjoy timeless classics, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Muse: Of all the movies, the music in this one is the best! Oh, I can’t wait!!
Child Muse: Are we watching another one of those Japanese cartoon movies?
Muse: Yes. This one’s my favorite and you’ll love it too!
Child Muse: Yay! I can’t wait!
