Me & My Muse – Day 1645: Under Construction

Phew!  With the noise from all the power tools going on at my store, I’m glad that I’m done for the day!

This morning, my work was turned into a construction zone.  While this definitely is the case, the store will stay open for the duration of the entire remodel.  This will make things pretty inconvenient, as our inventory will be rearranged and all over the place.  Some of our tools have already been packed into boxes and moved out of the way so the contractors can tear down the plastic paneling, removing everything until the store is nothing but wood and drywall.  This is going to be very stressful, so I hope that the remodel gets finished as soon as possible.  This will especially be rough on delivery day.

My Muse is four, almost five years old today.  She is 2’10.5″ tall and she weighs 31 pounds.  The height of a two year old and the weight of a three year old.

Time to take it easy and get ready for tomorrow.

Today’s high is going to be 34 degrees and the silver lining is being done for the day.

To those of you who have ever dealt with a transition before, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
