Me & My Muse – Day 1614: 66 Breads

PHEEEEEEEEEEEW!

With the nightmare over, I can finally relax.  To anyone that has ever been in the food biz, you know what I am talking about.

This morning, I got to work early so that I could prepare 66 orders of Crazy Bread so that they could be ready by 10:00, which is a half hour before our store opens.

After that, I worked on food while my other two co-workers put the bread in the oven.  I then worked on dough, managed a busy rush, and finished it.  I was done by 2:00.

My Muse is seven years old today.  She’s almost eight, and I will be visiting her a little later.  I’ll be visiting her before her bedtime.  She is 3’1″ today and she weighs 37 pounds.  That’s the height of a three year old and the weight of a five year old.

I will now relax.

Today’s high is going to be 31 degrees and the silver lining is being done for the weekend.

To those of you who are glad that is Friday and love pay days, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.

Muse:  Yay!  I got all my homework done so I can practice singing for the choir!  I hope that Kyle likes my singing…
