It is official. The seventh and final petal is finished. With that, the Flower Exercise is completed.
For the last petal, it came across as awkward to me on two counts:
1. I have only ever lived in one place my entire life. (Better move somewhere, fast!)
2. There is an additional section for you and your “partner” to fill out. Being all by my lonesome, I left that part blank. Maybe it will be filled in someday…
As awkward as it was, I was able to get it to work. I found my seven things that I didn’t like about the place that I lived, turned them into positives, and finished the exercise.
As for the final destination, where should I go? I have narrowed it down to three places. Grand Rapids, Cleveland, or Chicago. If I could make the list longer, I would include Scottsdale as well.
With the Flower Exercise done, here is what I plan to do. Sometime next week, I will have an explanation about this exercise in full, as I would like to spend a sufficient amount of time organizing my thoughts and explaining the content. A lot of petals are there, and I would like to think of this as a “summary” of what you can expect should you decide to do the Flower Exercise yourself. It is a very in depth exercise, but it is very fulfilling should you decide to do the whole thing. I have, and I will be posting a picture of my Flower with my explanation. Think of it as a compass to the Person of You. That’s all I will say for now. Stay tuned for the full version.
With the exercise done, I will now get ready for tonight’s Toastmasters meeting. I will then go to bed after that.
Today’s high is going to be 72 degrees and the silver lining is being done with the Flower Exercise.
To those of you who have ever completed something exciting, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Muse: I have! I just beat Luke…again! I also beat Rey! It was a two-on-one battle, and I was victorious. Oh yeah!
