So where am I going east to, and why am I going east and not west?

That is because I am going to an EAST Toastmasters open house meeting tonight.  EAST stands for East Advanced Sensational Toastmasters.  It’s an advanced club open to any current Toastmaster that has given a few speeches in their club already.

So here’s the short version of today.  Work went smoothly and I was able to leave close to on time.  I will be getting ready for tonight’s EAST meeting, since I will be presenting a speech in praise of someone.  Who is this someone?  I’ll give you a clue.  Just look at your calendar for Sunday.

After the meeting, I will go home and go to bed.  That is pretty much this day in a nutshell.

Today’s high is going to be 63 degrees and the silver lining is tonight’s EAST open house.  I just can’t wait!
