With this being my sister’s 28th birthday, happy birthday.  Have a wonderful time.

As for me, I’m going to retreat to the sanctity of my room.  For this evening alone, my sister and her unruly throng of friends has made it way too noisy for me to even think.  As it was, I could barely finish the two parts of my one-hour presentation that I was working on tonight.

Tomorrow, I will be attending church.  But not just for myself, but for them.  Job prayed for his friends and I will be doing the same for the people that I love.

Perhaps next year, I can wish her happy birthday and then go retreat to my apartment, which I hope (and pray) to have next year.

Today’s high is going to be 29 degrees and the silver lining is celebrating my sister’s birthday.

To those of you who have celebrated your family members, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
