Contrary to yesterday, I am feeling a lot better.  My voice is starting to return.  In just a couple more days, I will be able to speak clearly.

Today was another morning shift, but an easy one.  I got every thing done.  Cleaned the oven, did nine batches of dough, two batches of deep dish dough, cleaned the mixer twice and did the drop all within the same shift.

I now need to get ready for tomorrow, since I have yet another morning shift.

Today’s high is going to be 58 degrees and the silver lining is being almost through with this dreadful cold.
