While everyone is enjoying themselves up north, I am back at home, tasked with working two shifts. The first one is today and the second one will be tomorrow. Once I have finished the one tomorrow, I will be going back up north to resume my fractured vacation.
Yes, it was nice to enjoy the perks of having paid vacation, but now I have to take what I can get. Time to get ready and work day one of two.
Today’s high is going to be 93 degrees and the silver lining is being halfway done with my pre Fourth of July shifts.
