For starters, the chopped spinach for the spinach dip is continuing to thaw for tomorrow so I can make it today. What remains is watching this year’s Christmas.
In having another day off, I’ll be able to relax. I will return to work on January 1, 2026.
That’s the gist of it. Time to get ready and watch that footage.
Today’s high is going to be 26 degrees and the silver lining is being able to reflect on 2025 and everything that has happened this year.
