Today was a refresher.  I went to church with my brother and dropped off my and my brother’s dues for Toastmasters.

Very tired from last night, I am going to take it easy tonight.  I will take the medication (again, not a crutch but something to help).  I will then go to bed.

Today’s high is going to be 77 degrees and the silver lining is having the day off.
