Considering the number of hours that I have worked for the past couple weeks, today’s paycheck is going to be enormous.

As an update from yesterday, I made some decent progress on my book.

And if you have been looking at my stickied post, I have a confession to make.  I have not been making that much progress on my story this summer.  The progress has been minimal and very little.  I will discuss this a little more in an update that I will make in September.

As for the topics for this Me & My Muse cycle, they are in the works.  There are a variety of different topics that I want to discuss with the Christian Muse.  Some of the topics may be controversial, but I feel that they are necessary to share.  With 90 posts left, I really want to get started on this in the next week or so.

 

Muse:  So is this going to be an update then?

Yes.  I work a closing shift today, so I’m keeping this one short.

Muse:  Okay.  I will be praying for you in the prayer room.  Time for some coffee and some more Colossians.

 

Sounds good to me.  Today is pretty straightforward.  Refuel the car, write a little more of my story before work, get taken in by County Connection, work my closing shift, do some streetpasses, come home and go to bed.

Today’s high is going to be 79 degrees and the silver lining is getting a really big paycheck.

Muse:  It’s good that he’s making more progress on his story.  As for his shift, I will be praying for him…
