So yes. If you have read yesterday’s entry, today is pretty much a repeat of yesterday.
Today, I will be working two more hours at the pizza pit. After that, I will be coming home. My friend may be coming over later, and my brother won’t be around until later. If my friend does come over, I am ready to use all of the right strategies to hopefully beat him in Monopoly.
The job search continues. I didn’t have much luck with it yesterday. But like the saying goes “you don’t always catch fish”. But I prefer the saying “Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he’ll eat for life.”
Yesterday, I managed to update my Writing Report Card. The details to that will be posted in a future entry, so stay tuned for that. There are a lot of things in that report card that involved characterization, so that should be pretty good.
I also managed to read more of Mitch Albom’s The First Phone Call from Heaven. So far, it’s pretty good. All of the locations are based in Michigan, so it makes it all the more fun to read.
And I actually did it. I actually finished writing another chapter for The Tale of Zachary Willowbrook: The School Years. That was chapter eight. I should be starting on chapter nine today.
Now I’ll….Hmm. She has not answered. She must really be upset.
Dark Muse: I’m back! Tee hee!
Oh. It’s you again.
Dark Muse: So where is my home? I feel so homesick! Tee hee….
The Muse? She’s…
Dark Muse: Inside your head? Thanks! That’s a nice shortcut to get to that realm. Tee hee!
Wait! I don’t think you want to…
*Dark Muse enters my head*
*sigh* It’s too late. She’ll learn the hard way.
Anyway, it’s time to get ready for my next shift.
Today’s high is going to be 59 degrees and the silver lining is being able to make more progress on my story and the possibility of my friend coming over.
To those of you who like getting things accomplished, I hope that you all have a fantastic day.
Muse: *sigh* I’m tired of being microscopic. Time to grow to my normal size…
*Muse grows until her head scrunches against the ceiling*
Muse: No! That’s too big!
*Muse shrinks down to half her normal size*
Muse: Close enough…No. It’s not! I must try again!
*Muse grows double her size, finally reaching her normal size*
Muse: There. Wish I knew how to grow and shrink properly…Even more than that, I wish that I could talk to Kyle…
Dark Muse: I’m home! Tee hee!
*Dark Muse quickly enters Muse*
Muse: Wait! Who was that? Who just entered me…hee hee! I’m home!
*Muse starts to change the decorations in the room*
Muse: Tee hee! I’m already starting to feel like home! This body is…what’s happening? I, um…tee hee…
*Muse sits down and begins sucking her thumb*
